“Merry and bright!”

Years ago Kit knitted up two mammoth woolly wreaths for our shop holiday windows and they were so popular that we created a pattern for a home-sized version for a cozy accent all winter long. The wreaths are nice hung singly or in pairs, indoors or out (protect from inclement weather), or placed on a table as a centerpiece. The little garland is charming wrapped around your tree, over the mantel, down the banister, or anywhere you want a little woolly magic. We've even been known to wear it!  Whether classic wintry cream, or a pop of color to brighten the dark days, you'll love making these.  Bet you can't stop at one!

Because there are so many options, instead of kits, we offer components here: You'll need 1 skein of Manos Maxima. (100g, 219 yds/200m) for each 12-foot garland, 2 skeins for each 12" wreath, and 3 skeins for each 18" wreath. The pattern includes instructions for both wreath sizes and the garland.

FINISHED SIZES
Small wreath: Approx. 14"/36cm finished diameter on 12"/30cm wreath form.
Large wreath: Approx. 20"/51cm finished diameter on 18"/46cm wreath form.
Garland: Approx. 12 feet of length, per 219 yd/200m skein.

YARN
Small wreath: 2 skeins Manos Maxima (219 yds/200m each), yarn held double throughout.
Large wreath: 3 skeins Manos Maxima (219 yds/200m each), yarn held double throughout.
Garland: 1 skein Manos Maxima (219 yds/200m each), yarn held double throughout.

NEEDLES
Wreaths:US 15 (10mm) needles (straights recommended).
Garland: US 11 (8mm) double-point needles (two only).

NOTIONS
Wreaths:12 (18)"/30 (46)cm boxed wire wreath form.
Optional: 3 (4) yds/m of 4"/10cm strips of muslin fabric.
