Rooibos Ginger, another 'Red Bush' in our collection, is a perfect after-dinner drink. It has no caffeine, and ginger is reputed to aid the digestion. Ginger is one of the oldest known spices in the world, receiving mention in ancient Chinese texts and Medieval Western cook books.

Excellent hot or iced, this Rooibos blend includes ginger pieces and smells a little sharper in the jar than its well-rounded brewed flavor would suggest. Its palate cleansing properties make it a lovely pairing with spicy Asian dishes.
