Shortbread House of Edinburgh biscuits were ever popular in our Bainbridge Island shop. Made entirely by hand, the small Scottish bakery uses family recipes and the very finest and freshest ingredients.

The Shortbread Fingers with their rich, buttery base, have a toothsome texture from rice flour, not found in all shortbreads—perfect for dipping into tea. When we serve them in the shop, we often cut them into thirds with a sharp knife and smear the little squares with a bit of jam or curd for a bite-size treat! Enjoy them plain or flavored with zippy ginger or chocolate-orange.

Oaties offer a sweet nutrition-rich (well, okay, for a cookie) treat. These have a bit of a cult following in our shop with their crumbly texture, high quality oats, and hint of coconut. Perfect for when you want just a bit of sweet.

Make sure your pantry's stocked up with your favorite tea or drinking chocolate. And then settle in for a long winter's nap.
